This refund policy applies exclusively to the one-time Page Speed Optimization Trial. It does not apply to other services, subscriptions, or custom Webflow projects offered through other channels.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the transaction
- No optimization work has begun or no deliverables have been shared
- There is clear evidence that the service was not delivered as described (e.g., no change in performance and no communication from our team)
Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:
- Optimization work has already been performed or partially delivered (e.g., access granted and initial changes made)
- The delay or performance outcome is due to limitations on your project (e.g., server load, third-party scripts, or code outside our control)
- The project was abandoned or delayed due to lack of access or response from you
- The refund request is made after the 7-day refund window
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email support@brylliantsolutions.com with the subject line: "Page Speed Trial Refund Request", and include:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- The email address used during submission
- A brief explanation of your concern
We will review the request within 5–7 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Fair Use Notice
We offer this trial service to demonstrate our expertise. We ask for good faith engagement from all clients and reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, dishonesty, or unreasonable demands.
